I've been wanting one of these for probably over a year now. I found this one on Etsy.com at
Larkin and Larkin's store. It is Titanium Quartz inside of a bullet shell. The first photo is on me, the second is borrowed from the etsy listing. Check out Larkin and Larkin's store, they have so many more beautiful gem bullet beauties!
